Whatever happened to “Never Again” — what anyone with a conscience says after visiting the Holocaust Museum. Rounding up people with no rights to show their innocence, sending them to a concentration camp in a foreign country (as done by Hitler). The only difference is planes are used to transport instead of boxcars. If they can get away with this, they can get away with disappearing anyone they don’t like. Including any one us.

Wear it as a badge of honor Andrew. He is terrified of you. I would pay to watch you interrogate him in a courtroom. He’d break in 5 minutes if you got your hands on him.

One thing I’m in violent agreement with…Andrew, you are a nerdy national treasure!

Nerdy, for sure. As all national treasuries should be.

They will of course attack the Judiciary. This is the only branch who threatens them.

Can anyone tell the courts to force the issue to get the migrants back from El Salvador prison and return them to the US for due process?

This was great. Contrast the measured tones and reasonable argument here with the unhinged comments by everyone associated with Trump, not that their performative crap is unexpected. More of the same from republicans on the intelligence committee in the hearings today, as they try to weasel their way out of acknowledging the chilling breach of national security.

Andrew, he is using the methods and vocabulary of Stalin, from whose success in perpetrating the Holodomor Genocide ten years before the Holocaust, and concurrent with the opening of Dachau, Hitler learned much about how to hide ongoing genocide.

Stalin‘s infamous purges actually begin in 1934, with show trials of those officials whose professional responsibilities put them in the know about where the bodies were buried, literally and figuratively.

Knowledge of the Holodomor is also why so many of the Polish intelligentsia were arrested/tortured/executed, including demographers, who conducted the 1936 suppressed (but not even the Soviet “red broom sweeping clean” found All the copies of it! It is now available online) the Soviet All Union Census that showed the demographic losses. See: V. Kubijovic, _Atlas of Ukraine and Adjoining Countries_, published in then-Polish Lemberg, now Ukrainian Lviv, in 1937(Note that the Shevchenko Scientific Society of Europe republished this book in the 1990s, but they did not include all the pages of the original text).

This isn’t just a legal drama—it’s a stress test of the Constitution. What you laid out here, Andrew, reads like the early pages of a civics textbook rewritten for a nation flirting with authoritarianism. The fact that the Chief Justice had to step in publicly is not a subtle warning—it’s a five-alarm fire for judicial independence.

Also, your callout about the DOJ setting wasn’t lost on me. Trump knows symbolism. He chose that backdrop to send a message: the rule of law now answers to me. We’ve seen this before in history. And like Ceretacix pointed out—“Never Again” only means something if we recognize the signs before the camps have gates.

Thank you for holding the line—and for not blinking.

I read that using Signal was enumerated in Project 2025, since the platform can be used to delete activities so as to avoid inconvenient FOIA requests. Essentially illegal since all government products must be saved.

The core lack of moral principles, values, and ethical behavior is laid bare. For shame.

So frustrating and enraging.

P.S. What you do is much appreciated.

Justice Roberts was referring to the congressman who introduced articles of impeachment. Trump was referring to your role in a shady deal between your law firm, Brookfield Management and a toll road in Peru. But you knew that I’m sure.

Didn’t he desecrate the DOJ in his first term? Or was it the FBI?
