What a fitting quote regarding so many of demented Donald’s appointments “possessing the necessary insignificance and pliancy to render them the obsequious instruments of his pleasure.”, Pam Bondi, Kristi Noem, Ed Martin, Emil Bove, Lindsey Halligan, Alina Habba, Jeanine Pirro, Aileen Cannon, MarkWayne Mullin and so many others. I must read more of Alexander Hamilton’s writings
The speculation on the government’s ‘surge-and-retreat’ strategy to avoid accountability in the matter of ICE’s unconstitutional acts against the citizenry has the ring of truth, and is alarming to contemplate. And the fact that it seems to have worked in Minnesota, with the plaintiffs being denied injunctive relief, will surely do little to discourage repeat performances elsewhere in the country. A sterling episode of MJ, giving us so much to consider. (And “insignificantly pliant” will now be my go-to description for so many of the current tribe of American ‘leaders.’)
Andrew, I enjoyed your allusion to Emily Latella’s “Never mind.” Perhaps Gilda Radner’s Roseanne Roseannadanna is available for your next podcast - “If it’s not one thing, it’s another.”
Thank you for explaining the decisions and the changes. Also for “Midterm Election Concerns.” I’ve been more concerned about the mishegas aimed at the general than the primaries, but they both need our attention.
Would you ever be willing to feature recent anti-trans rulings on the podcast, such as yesterday's ruling by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals that cite the Skirmetti Supreme Court ruling? I don't think I've seen any coverage on the podcast and would be really, really interested to hear your takes, considering the very real threat to trans rights in this country. Thank you for all your work!
I appreciate the updates on the legal issues. A friend feels totally defeated and believes we are losing because Trump controls the DOJ and everything else.
Thanks Andrew.. book on order in time for Father's Day!

I sent my comments on Bondi’s draft last week. I encourage everyone to weigh in. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Great explanation of the important judicial decisions made this past week. Very grateful to you both for sharing your time and invaluable expertise!
An added thanks for “Threats To Midterm Elections”. This episode was exactly what I needed to hear answering some of the election related issues!🙏

Thank you for providing the link to the federal register.
Will you be doing a book tour??
Yup!
Excellent! We so appreciate you and would love to meet you!
Everyone on the birthday list is going to be so happy.
Without further ado, love listening to both of you 💐

Don’t forget about Judge Aileen Cannon, her incompetence!!
