I have not given this private individual permission to my private information, as I’m sure every other citizen has not. How can this be the least bit legal and is there anyway I and others can block him?
Andrew, how is it that Musk is getting into so many areas of government in which he has NO business being and doing things like having his “helpers”/”staff”/whatever trying to take over offices in things like the Treasury? He has NO business mixing himself into things, it’s NOT right. Can he be jailed and charged with governmental interference? OR maybe just locked up and throw away the keys?

I think we’ve got a justiciable case v Donny Dumb Shit under the FTCA. By his own admission, his actions constitute “ shock and awe”, illegal and unconstitutional acts, commenced internationally, and with reckless disregard for the truth.
Tim - I agree with your assessment of Senator Cassidy. He wants to vote against RFKJr for the Secretary of Health and Human Services,and certainly hope that he does. I will also NOT call Senator Cassidy's office, so that does not get him into hot water with the LA voters.
I thought Exec Orders were for emergencies, shouldn’t all of them say what emergency they are responding to? And who really determines if it is an emergency, can’t we sue him saying gender is not an emergency, FAA didn’t have an emergency until he started firing people, most of these EOs should be nullified. There isn’t the need for 100’s of EOs.
