This week on Main Justice, Mary and I walk through what I can only describe as a flurry of extraordinary legal developments—all rooted in six emergency applications now before the Supreme Court, each stemming from executive orders issued by President Trump. We break down the legal mechanics and implications of emergency stay motions in several key cases, including those involving birthright citizenship, the rights of federal workers, the Alien Enemies Act, and the abrupt cancellation of education grants.
But the legal landscape doesn’t stop there. We also take a hard look at Trump’s newest law firm blacklist, his administration’s targeting of universities and students, and the latest executive order that would fundamentally alter the way U.S. elections are administered. And finally, we revisit Signalgate—the truly remarkable scandal — and the anomalies of the government’s position in that and other cases they are defending.
There’s a lot to process, and even more at stake.
And if you’re looking to explore further, here’s the recent D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals decision on Judge Boasberg’s TRO regarding deportations under the Alien Enemies Act
Let me know what stands out to you—I’m listening.

It is beyond obvious that a full take down of Democracy is in play. The billionaires truly believe “ the masses are asses” and Democracy is a “flaw”. All will be privatized and split up to be run by overpaid rich. Trump is merely the “ perfect “ tool. Joe Average has shown to have little grasp of what this means.
Andrew, I’m so grateful to you and Mary for creating such a factually driven discussion. You’re my “go to guy “ in all matters dealing with the Trump administration legal cases! 🙏
